BAFTA's 2022 Red Carpet, A Fashion Mood Board Silhouette, Colour, & more. Men Exploring fashion other than Basic Black Tux..

With every Award Season, The of Mens Fashion Concerns me, For we have So many Interesting Brands but All we get is Same old repetitive brand with same old not trying Black Tux’s. (A typical Bodyguard’s / Waiter look). Although we are getting there with few men Exploring Fun Fashion Choices 🙂 Making this red carpet no different.

Efforts were made to elevate basic Black Tux with textured Fabrics, Paring with draped shirts, Some with Colour Blocking of each Piece Drawings line & defining Details,. Some Opted Metallic Fabrics with Brooch Details in entire 4 piece look.

What disappointed was the Fit, Tailoring making it look last minute project.

RED CARPETS at BAFTAs…..

Miley Pairing Louis Vuitton Keeps Her Youthful & Fun Vibe Alive. Without making her look too Old. Keeping the True aesthetic Of Nicholas tacked together.

Hailey Bennet- Valentino

Hailey wearing Autumn/winter look From 2021. Incorporates Fashion, Art collaboration. Despite being Red on Red Carpet, it so clearly stands out making a mark. Silhouette wise constructed beautifully as ball gown, tho the asymmetric off shoulder would have looked tacky if wasn’t for the collaged Hands details. The overall print of monochromatic Red creating contrast and objects is Also mesmerizing. for 1. It’s BAFTA 2. Red on Red 3. Fashion And art Collaboration (by Alexandro) 4. Worn on Red Carpet at a Museum.

Jessie Buckley – Alexander McQueen

A beautiful take on Black Tux Spicing it up with Androgyny with Mc Queen Embroidery &  Sarah Burton touch amplifies the Black look for Jessie. Creating lovely proportion around sleeve cascading to d bodice making it structured the seams, flaps, peplum with beads giving shine and texture. Pants fitting preciously making it a lampshade look…

Wunmi Mosaku – Mark Jacobs

This Bright Yellow looks so Gorgeous  on Wunmi. Compared to the Autumn winter 21 collection d look is more streamlined, which is not bad because the simplicity & Exaggeration it holds is perfect in it’s own right. The way the cape fall just right length with Those beautiful slits and landscape kinda pin tux manipulation so minimal and extra. I don’t know how to describe it more like the hair and makeup, HOT!!

Simona Ashley – Valentino

Just like Maison Valentino had his specific Reds & Heavenly gowns throughout his work. Pablo too maintained his signature sheer looks adding a touch of This Crazy beautiful Hot pink. Simone in this look, is so fresh and edge. The sheerness of Cape almost making her body to disappear and the bralette saturating Colour similar to the pants.( Although don’t like the line at waist between the two fabric) but again she looks gorgeous and playful.

Ariana Debose- Oscar De La renta

Yellow is a difficult colour to begin with. But this Red carpet stylist managed to style celeb beautifully in it. the Colour Go’s so well with her undertone is one thing & the Roached Bodice becoming draped skirt perfectly blending the construction. The Slit right at the Hip point Crating Straight Slit is wonderful with the rose detail in red matching shoe putting statement element to it, I’m in love with this look

Emilia Jones – Atelier Versace

Initial thoughts when saw this dress was it is Dior but Surprisingly it Versace. Generally Pleats & Metallic Fabric Looks Tacky but this look is Massive Accomplishment Starting with the bodice with Chris cross Halter Finely Pleated going down to a Geometric Mid riff which gives the illusion of More Cinched waist Skirt Falling through the waist. Light reflecting Beautifully. A DEADLY LOOK!! (Greek goddess fighting over this look )
